Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the date of arrival for a full refund. Cancellations (if applicable)
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 6 hours of placing your order. Each order remains in processing status for 6 hours until it is forwarded to our operations facility for immediate fulfillment.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. You must send a video to the customer service team in support of your claim.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they have entered their shipping address correctly. Please contact our customer service team within 6 hours of placing your order if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to expedite processing time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sugafit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please file a claim with your respective shipping carrier. Shipping Charges
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges related to international orders. Sugafit is not responsible for payment of customs, duties, and taxes.
How Can I Make a Return?
To make a return, send us an email stating your order number, first and last name. At this point, you can arrange with our customer service the most convenient way and date to make the return.
What Are the Conditions for Making a Return?
You are free to try the product during the 60-day trial period. However, all components and accessories must be returned. We always recommend keeping the original packaging during the trial period to facilitate the return process. All returns and size exchanges have a shipping cost (shipping + VAT) charged to the customer. Refunds are made through the payment solution used by the customer when ordering. In the rare event that a product ordered on our site arrives damaged or not working, we will immediately, depending on the situation, process a refund or send a new product free of charge.
